Case Study
Roof Lift With Dormer
A stunning space created with a roof lift loft conversion and rear dormer combined.
This roof lift has created a huge master bedroom, with a walk through wardrobe/dressing area room and an modern but elegant ensuite. This was created by combining the a roof lift and a large rear dormer, and build up with side gables to meet the new roof line.
This property roof area, including external walls, is 7.25m wide by 9m deep. This created over 40 square metre of internal floor space including the staircase opening, which is only 2.5m2. Plus the couple also got 6m2 of eaves storage space behind the ashlar wall.
Roof Lift Loft Conversion Architectural Drawings & Plans
Milestone Lofts did not complete the architectural drawings for this project as we didn't get involved into late into the project lifecycle. The drawing are therefore all 2D, unlike those that we create which are all 3D drawings, or 3D virtual walkthroughs.
